In accordance with clause 4 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", being a subject of personal data, I consent to the «Bistrotel» Limited Liability Company («Bistrotel» LLC, OGRN 1157746592651, hereinafter referred to as the Operator and/or the Company) to process my personal data in order to:

• identify the Visitor who has registered on the site;
• make direct contacts with the Site Visitor via e-mail and/or telephone, including for the purpose of establishing feedback and sending notifications, information and requests related to the provision of services by the Company;
• process applications, requests and requests of the Site Visitor;
• promote the Company's goods, works, and services by making direct contacts with the Visitor, concluding and executing civil contracts, including on the terms of a public offer (if this is assumed);
• conduct marketing research based on depersonalized personal data;
• monitor the quality of the fulfillment of the working conditions of the Company's website;
• determine the location of the Visitor to ensure security, fraud prevention;
• provide the Visitor with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the site;
• to carry out advertising activities with the consent of the Visitor.

My personal data, in respect of which this consent is given, includes: surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, as well as other identification data about the subject of personal data in accordance with the Law.

Actions with my personal data include the collection of personal data, their accumulation, systematization and storage in an automated information processing system, their clarification (updating, modification), depersonalization, blocking, destruction.

This Agreement is valid from the moment of submission and is terminated upon my written application (revocation), according to clause 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", Agreement may be revoked subject to written notification to the operator at least 30 days before the expected date of termination of data use by the operator at: 47, building 2, room 2/1, Leningradsky Ave., ext.ter.с.
